Enterprise Support Administrators can access Office Hub across their Enterprise. Unlike an Advisor Marketing Administrator, an Enterprise Support Administrator can see:
- Every office, including offices with no members
- Every advisor, including advisors without an office
- Pending invitations across the Enterprise
- Office Defaults for any office
How to Access the Office Hub
Enterprise Support Administrators retain access to the Brain and can open Office Hub from the hub switcher or the Office Hub address.
Login to the Brain.
At the top right corner of the brain, click on your email address and select Office Hub.
If you get redirected to the Marketing Hub, select the shapes icon to find the list of available Snappy Kraken products and select Office Hub.
Inviting Users
When an Enterprise Support Administrator invites an advisor, the invitation includes a required Advisor Marketing Administrator field.
This does not automatically make them an Office Administrator. Configure this separately in the Brain. Click here to learn how.
